Carrots Rewards Terms

Carrots have no cash value for regular users. Earn rate: 1 per $1 gross booking spend (after completion). Redeem at 100 Carrots = $1 off bookings (max 20% of booking value). Carrots expire after 18 months of account inactivity. Clawback applies on booking refunds. Fraudulent earn activity results in forfeiture.
